When you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ShopLinks PH to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Share counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited products.
• Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Affiliate links and commissions

ShopLinks PH is a tool for organizing your own affiliate links. We do not manage, track, or process affiliate commissions. Your affiliate relationships are directly between you and the respective platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Involve Asia, etc.). You are responsible for complying with each platform's affiliate program terms.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create on ShopLinks PH, including product descriptions and collection names. By using our service, you grant us a license to display your content on your public storefront page. Product images and descriptions sourced from third-party platforms remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep ShopLinks PH available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

ShopLinks PH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or commissions.
