These terms govern shoplinks-ph.com. ShopLinks PH is powered by RDahunan I.T. Services (DTI Business Name No. 7448250; NON-VAT Reg. TIN 615-921-818-00000; Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu 6015, Philippines), the business operating the site and selling its direct digital products in the Philippines. By using the site or purchasing a direct digital product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or complete a purchase.
1. What ShopLinks PH provides
The site offers digital systems, apps, utilities, spreadsheets, templates, and other electronic resources. It also publishes guides and partner recommendations that lead to third-party marketplaces. A product page identifies whether an item is sold by RDahunan I.T. Services through ShopLinks PH or by a third party.
2. Product information and availability
We try to describe direct products accurately, including the price and delivery method currently available. Screenshots, examples, and instructions are illustrative unless the listing says they are included. A listing may be corrected, updated, suspended, or removed.
Before buying, review the product page and ask if a required format, application, platform, or feature is unclear. A digital file does not include custom setup, consulting, or ongoing support unless the listing explicitly says so.
All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). RDahunan I.T. Services is a NON-VAT registered taxpayer, so no VAT is added. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. If you pay with a card issued outside the Philippines, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. We do not collect US sales or use tax.
3. Checkout, payment, and delivery
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to make a purchase or create an account.
- Guest checkout: You may purchase without creating an account by providing a valid name and email address.
- Payment: The payment methods enabled for a product are shown at checkout. Automatic payments are processed by the displayed payment provider; manual methods require verification. When you arrive through a partner's link, store, or code, checkout offers PayMongo (GCash, Maya, cards, QR Ph); your price is the same.
- Delivery: After confirmed payment, we send the file or access link to the checkout email. Manual-payment delivery begins after verification.
- Email accuracy: You are responsible for entering an address you can access. Contact support promptly if you made an error.
- Link expiry: Secure download links expire 7 days after they are sent. You can re-download from your account library while your access is active, or ask support for a fresh link.
- Access security: Delivery and download links are for the purchaser. Do not publish or share them.
4. Digital product license
All products, guides, images and site content are the copyright of RDahunan I.T. Services or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.
Unless a product page states a different license, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for their own personal or internal business purposes.
You may make reasonable working copies for your own use and modify editable templates for your own workflow. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, upload to a template marketplace, remove ownership notices for redistribution, or use the product to create a competing downloadable product.
5. Refund and replacement requests
Contact us within seven days if the wrong product was delivered, the provided file or access link is broken, or the product materially differs from its description. We may first replace the file, restore access, or help resolve the issue. An eligible refund will be returned through an available method after verification.
Because delivered digital products cannot be returned, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after delivery. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law. The full process, timelines, and what qualifies are in the Refund policy.
6. Accounts
When you create an account you confirm that you accept these terms and have read the Privacy Policy; we record the versions and the time. You are responsible for keeping sign-in access secure and providing accurate information. You can turn on two-factor authentication for extra protection; partners must turn it on before adding payout details. Do not access another person's account or library. We may restrict an account involved in fraud, unauthorized sharing, security abuse, or material violation of these terms.
7. Partner recommendations
Partner links can be affiliate links. When you leave ShopLinks PH, the marketplace or seller controls the live price, variants, stock, checkout, delivery, warranty, returns, and customer service. Your transaction is with that third party, not ShopLinks PH. See the Affiliate disclosure.
8. Partner program and partner stores
Anyone with a verified ShopLinks PH account who is 18 or older can join our partner program by signing the separate Partner Agreement, which then applies in addition to these terms. Partners earn a commission when someone buys a ShopLinks PH product through their link, partner store, or code.
A partner store at shoplinks-ph.com/store/… is curated by an independent partner, not by ShopLinks PH staff. RDahunan I.T. Services remains the seller of every product bought there, and these terms, the product page, and the Refund policy apply as usual. The store name, intro, and recommendations are the partner's own words and opinions. The partner never receives your name, email address, or payment details. Report a misleading partner store or post through the contact page.
9. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass payment or download controls, probe or disrupt site security, automate abusive requests, submit false payment information, misuse another buyer's order, send spam through forms, or copy and republish substantial site content without permission.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The site and informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party price and detail will remain current. Guides and recommendations are general information, not financial, legal, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, RDahunan I.T. Services is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the site or a third-party marketplace. Liability for a valid claim concerning a direct digital product is limited to the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first through the contact page or at shoplinks-ph@rdahunanitservices.com with your order ID. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) through its consumer care hotline 1-384 or the DTI consumer care channels.
Philippine law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts of Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu have venue over any dispute arising from these terms.
12. Free PDF tools
The ShopLinks PDF tools at /tools are free and run in your browser: your files are not uploaded to us (see the Privacy Policy). Because the work happens on your device, keep your original files. We cannot recover a file you lose or a password you forget.
Use the tools only on files you have the right to use. Do not use Unlock PDF on a file you are not allowed to open, and do not use the tools to alter a document in order to mislead anyone. Check redacted, stamped and signed files before you send them.
Sign PDF adds your signature image to your own document. Under the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), electronic signatures can be valid for many documents when the parties agree to use them, but these tools do not notarize documents and do not replace a notary or any form the law requires. The tools are provided “as available”, without a guarantee that every PDF will open or convert correctly.
13. ShopLinks Sign and Pro passes
ShopLinks Sign lets an account holder send a PDF to other people to sign electronically. Free accounts can send 3 documents per calendar month (Philippine time). A ShopLinks PDF Pro pass raises this to up to 200 documents in any 30 days (a fair-use limit that protects the service) and keeps signed documents while Pro lasts. A pass is prepaid, belongs to the account that bought it, cannot be transferred, and does not renew by itself; buying another while Pro is active adds its days after the current end date. See the Refund policy for passes.
Send only documents you have the right to share, to people who expect them. Do not use ShopLinks Sign for spam, fraud, impersonation or anything unlawful. We may suspend sending from an account that does.
ShopLinks Sign confirms each signer through a one-time code sent to their email, and attaches a certificate of completion and a digital seal that shows whether the file was changed afterwards. Under the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), electronic signatures can be valid when the parties agree to use them. We are not a party to your documents, we do not notarize them, and some documents still need a handwritten signature, a notary or a government form. Whether an agreement is binding depends on its content and the people who sign it.
Documents are deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy, so download the copies you need to keep. The service is provided “as available”.
