Are the other editions included?

No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Private Google Sheets Web App.

Is this official accounting or regulated software?

No. No clinical, optical, or medical advice, diagnosis, prescription validation, PhilHealth or insurance claim filing, optometry licensing or regulatory compliance, laboratory system connection, official receipts, or tax filing.

Can I resell or share it?

No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.

Can a customer order two pairs from one eye examination?

Yes. Both orders point at the same exam ID, and each carries its own frame, lens, discount, and balance.

What if the lab returns a wrong lens?

Set the lab job status to Returned to Lab and update the expected date. The order stays At Lab and the tracker keeps counting against the promised date.

Does it check the prescription or connect to the lab system?

No. It stores what you enter and computes prices, balances, and stock. It does not validate prescriptions or talk to any laboratory system.
