Are the other editions included?

No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Private Google Sheets Web App.

Is this official accounting or regulated software?

No. No supplier or principal ordering, no warehouse or van inventory count, no route optimisation or GPS tracking, no BIR-registered sales invoice, no consignment or trade-promo settlement with the principal, and no automatic reminders to outlets.

Can I resell or share it?

No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.

Can a driver sell at a different price?

Yes. Unit price is entered on the line. The cost stays the product's own, so the margin still computes honestly.

What if an outlet returns cases from an old invoice?

Record the return against the invoice that issued them. If more come back than went out, the check flags the invoice so it can be corrected.

Does it count van stock?

No. It records what was invoiced to outlets. Load-out and van inventory reconciliation stay outside the workbook.
