Is this a hosted SaaS subscription?
No. You deploy the supplied Apps Script source in your own Google account and keep the Sheet backend there.
Can clients or staff use the app?
The supported default is owner-only. Broader access is outside the promised setup and requires your own security and process review.
Does the app send data to ShopLinks?
The supplied source contains no ShopLinks analytics, ads, external APIs, or credentials. Google account and Apps Script processing are still governed by your Google settings and terms.
Does it replace official project documents?
No. It is a management interface and does not certify progress, issue official invoices, or replace engineering, accounting, tax, legal, permit, or PCAB processes.
