Are the other editions included?

No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Private Google Sheets Web App.

Is this official accounting or regulated software?

No. No cold storage or temperature records, no truck dispatch or shipping manifests, no buyer credit terms or receivables, no market price feed or price forecasting, and no BIR-registered sales invoice to buyers.

Can I resell or share it?

No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.

Can one arrival be sold to several buyers?

Yes. Each sale is a line with its own buyer, kilos and price. The arrival totals them.

How is spoilage handled?

Record it as wastage against the arrival with a reason. It reduces kilos unsold without pretending it was sold.

Can I use a different commission rate for one shipment?

The rate comes from the consignor. For a one-off arrangement, adjust the hauling deduction, which stays visible on the arrival.
